Questions about tracing, lessons, Pro or your account? We reply by email within 2 days, and many answers are already in the [FAQ](https://pencilbloom.com/faq).

We only use your email to reply. Protected by a simple spam check, no CAPTCHA puzzles.

## Before you write

A few details help us understand your message the first time, so we don’t have to write back with questions first. If they fit your message, please include:

- The phone or tablet you use, and its iOS or Android version.
- The app version, if you write from here rather than from Profile › Help in the app, which adds it for you.
- What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead, plus anything you already tried.
- What you see on the screen, if something looks wrong. When we reply, you can answer with a screenshot.
- The lesson, coloring page or guide it is about: its name or the link to its page.

We can help with the app and your account, the drawing lessons, the coloring pages, and Pro and billing questions. If there is something you would love to learn to draw, pick “Request a lesson” and tell us about it. Press and partnership messages are welcome too: choose their topic in the form, so they are easy for us to find.

Please never put a password or a card number in a message: we don’t need them to help, and payments go through the App Store or Google Play. For a copy of your personal data, or to have it deleted, write to the privacy address on this page instead.
